2024 Welsh Party Conference Season
2024 is set to be a busy year in Welsh politics, with a new First Minister due in March and a UK General Election expected in the latter half of the year. This year’s annual party conferences will see a cardinal speech from the new First Minister and a final opportunity to get to the heart of Welsh party politics before the upcoming general election.
The Welsh Conservatives kick off the season in February at the Venue Cymru, Llandudno, before Welsh Labour brings it to a close at the same venue in July. The conference will take place four months later than usual after the Welsh Labour Party pushed back its original March date.
Please find the information on all four Welsh party conferences below:
Llandudno, Friday 23rd February to Saturday 24th February
Cardiff, Saturday 2nd March to Sunday 3rd March
Caernarfon, Friday 22nd March to Saturday 23rd March
Llandudno, Friday 5th July to Sunday 7th July
